Sundays
We'd love to welcome you to our Sunday Services!
Sundays, 10.30am, at Folkestone Sea Cadets (Ross Way, Folkestone, CT20 3UJ).
Please note, on Sunday 27th October there will be no morning service. We will have a shorter/simpler Evening Service instead that day at 6pm. There will still be refreshments served after the service.
On Sunday 3rd November there will be no service at Redeemer. We would encourage you to go elsewhere to church that day - e.g. one of the other FIEC or Kent Gospel Partnership churches.
What should I expect?
We are a group of ordinary Christians of different ages and backgrounds who gather each Sunday to worship God. Our services begin with a warm welcome, and include music and singing, a children's talk, prayer, and God's word (the Bible) read and preached. Our worship is a mix of the best of older hymns and contemporary songs. You can find out more about us here.
Our services are open to all, so whether you're already a Christian or want to find out more, you are very welcome. We're a new church, and we're a friendly church, but you won't be put on the spot or asked to do anything you're uncomfortable with; and you don't have to dress in a particular way.
Our services finish around 12.00pm and you're very welcome to stick around afterwards - we would love to get to know you over a cup of tea or fresh coffee and cake.
Where do I park?
There is parking available on Military Road, which is near the Folkestone Sea Cadets.
What about children?
At Redeemer Church we're really excited that children can understand the Bible and grasp the Good News about Jesus from a very young age, and it's a real joy and privilege for us to support families in teaching their children about Christ. You can find out more here.
